Good restaurant and good service. Airy and beautifully maintained rooms with bath and shower and fantastic air conditioning, no complains at all. A great selection of tasty food for meals.

Odd staff!

Honestly nothing to complain about. Good pool, parking on-site. Not to mention good wifi! Location near all the restaurants, shops and bars, restaurants and stores and the attraction of Sanur & beach area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Pantai Matahari Terbit.

The breakfast here is freshly prepared and sensational with plenty of coffee and fruit in a residential setting amidst an attractive garden.

I recently had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Bali. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the rooms was exceptional, with a comfortable bed and fantastic air conditioning that made for a restful night's sleep. I also loved the little touches like the night light in the bathroom, which added a sense of coziness. The breakfast served each morning was a delight, with freshly prepared fruit that was both delicious and refreshing.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

Despite being a 10-minute walk from the beach, it's close to everything, and the lovely garden with the pool is the cherry on the cake. Rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bed is beyond amazing. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating.

I had a great stay at this family-owned gem in a calm residential area. The room was big and spotlessly clean, and the garden with the pool was just stunning. Gede made our arrival easy by meeting us at the airport, and there were free transfers available throughout the day. The breakfast was delicious with good options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting!

Big room with a villa feel, great service, and cheaper bar. The spacious rooms were perfect for my family, and we enjoyed the villa-esque feel of the accommodation. The service was fantastic, with prompt and friendly staff who were always willing to help. Plus, the drinks at the bar were cheaper than expected. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and beaches.

Location slightly far from the city centre and beach. The hotel's distance from the city centre and the beach made it a bit difficult to get around, especially with young children.

We got excellent value for our money at Pondok Ayu. The room, especially the King suite, was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our family. The staff treated us with utmost care and personalized attention throughout our stay.
